This project will promote two‐way exchange programme (twinning) that will allow involved researchers to gain experience and know‐how by visiting state‐of‐the‐art research facilities of IIT and DTU, but also will give the opportunity to UNS to accommodate experienced researchers and other research professionals from abroad, resulting in a transfer of innovation driven and service‐oriented mentality to UNS staff. Fostering scientific, technological and innovation potentials and capacities of UNS as well as a sustainable cooperation for reaching peak of excellence will be achieved through secondments, expert visits, short-term on-site or virtual training as well as through attendance of conferences and seminars. 6 secondments are foreseen in direction UNS ® EU leading partners, and 6 staff exchanges in direction EU leading partners ® UNS, to take place within the framework of the project in 3 years.
