Project management and coordination

The objectives of this WP are:

to ensure a smooth-running and successful Project progress, within budgetary/time constraints;
to monitor and measure the GREENELIT work progress;
to supervise collaboration between UNS team and EU twinning partners (IIT and DTU);
to constantly monitor and prevent potential risks for the Project implementation;
to report all of the advances to the Project officer/EC.
