This project proposal encompasses the following activities dedicated to promotion of a wider inclusion of ESRs at the UNS: (1) training activities; (2) mentoring programme; and (3) networking measures. 1 summer school will be organized. It is foreseen to attend scientific conferences/symposia. Participation at 6 training events abroad is planned. At least 3 Tutorials and 3 Educative movies in the field will be created.
