Twinning for reaching sustainable scientific and technological excellence in the field of Green Electronics

A closer look at electronics going green

Eco-friendly materials are becoming increasingly popular, especially in the production of green electronics devices, which have found applications in a variety of fields. Due to their eco-friendly characteristics, green electronics devices also represent ideal candidates to replace invasive and painful methods in conventional medicine. The EU-funded GREENELIT project will increase the research and innovation capabilities of the University of Novi Sad (UNS) in Serbia by introducing twinning actions among internationally leading EU research institutions, Italian Institute of Technology (IIT) and Technical University of Denmark (DTU). The project will reduce the gaps and deficiencies between the UNS and its EU research counterparts and improve RDI capacity and staff research profiles in the field of green electronics. It will strive for excellence based on the transfer of knowledge and expertise, increased research capability and improved research management and administration at the UNS.
